MENtalk
MENtalk currently runs in three locations for 2 hours a week at each site.
What the programme aims are:
Funded by the National Lottery, MenTalk aims to support men aged 18 and over across Coventry and Warwickshire with their emotional health and well-being. The programme will achieve this by increasing men’s resilience to deal with issues constructively, encouraging them to choose heathy lifestyle choices and decreasing their sense of isolation through sport and participation in group activities as well as 1-2-1 sessions with our staff.
Things we offer on our MENtalk sessions:

- Table Tennis
- Badminton
- Soft Tennis
By successfully achieving the above we aim to reduce/increase the following:
- Improve participation in physical activity
- Improve participants social networks
- Improve participants physical and mental health
- Reduce social inhibitions
- Reduce loneliness
