Seated Exercise

What the programme aims are:

Seated Exercise is a session aimed at getting more people involved in exercise, whilst also having the comfort of being seated.

Seated Exercise runs twice a week on a Tuesday and a Wednesday at Volunteer Friends in Bulkington. 

It is a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment and we would love for everyone to join us. The session consists of 45-minute exercises followed by refreshments and a quiz.

Every other week we are joined by our Health and Wellbeing coach who hosts a Seated Zumba which is great fun.

To be eligible to self refer to one of our Seated Exercise sessions, you must be over the age of 18 and be registered at one of the eleven GP surgeries within the Nuneaton and Bedworth Primary Care Network (PCN).
