We currently run Dementia Active sessions in three locations for 2 hours a week at each site.<\/span><\/h2>\n

What the programme aims are:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Funded by the National Lottery and Jimmy Hill Legacy fund, working in collaboration with CWPT, Dementia Active is a free, weekly session for people living with dementia or memory loss concerns and their carers. Participants can play sports, take part in physical activities, play games and chat in a fun and comfortable environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
