The programme will achieve this by increasing women&#8217;s resilience to deal with issues constructively, encouraging them to choose heathy lifestyle choices and decreasing their sense of isolation through sport and participation in group activities as well as 1-2-1 sessions with our staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Things we offer on our WOMENtalk sessions:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;
